DirecTV antitrust case against broadcasters over retransmission fees revived

In a 2-1 decision, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed a dismissal, finding that lost profits from a reduction in output represent a cognizable antitrust injury, and DirecTV has plausibly alleged that its lost profits flowed directly from the output-reducing effects of the alleged price-fixing conspiracy.See attached file. ...
