Australia's Bunnings hardware antitrust suit delayed by 'no-adverse cost' application

By James Panichi ( October 3, 2025, 05:34 GMT | Insight) -- A David-and-Goliath antitrust lawsuit that has pitted two suburban hardware stores against Australian retailing giant Bunnings Group has suffered a delay, with a judge ordering the stores’ operator, Woodman Beenleigh, to file “further and better particulars” before the case can move forward.
