Sintokogio–Elastikos deal on agenda for Brazil's competition Tribunal

( September 24, 2025, 13:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Tribunal of Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense will review Sintokogio's acquisition of French metal abrasives supplier Elastikos in a meeting next Tuesday.The Tribunal will also hear a series of appeals challenging the  preventitive measure that suspended the soy moratorium — the voluntary agreement that prohibited the purchase of soybeans from deforested areas in the Brazilian Amazon biome after July 22, 2008.
