Securitas fined more than €500,000 in Austria for collusion

( September 8, 2025, 09:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Securitas Sicherheitsdienstleistungen and its parent company, Securitas, have been fined €540,000 by Austria’s cartel court for colluding with G4S through price-fixing agreements or information exchange. The conduct took place as part of  three private tenders for personal security services between August 2019 and December 2022, the Austrian competition authority said on Monday. Securitas qualified for a reduced fine, as it cooperated outside the leniency program to fully clarify the matter and admitted the law breach. Statement follows (in German). ...
