Malaysian, South Korean regulators sign MoU on competition law enforcement

The Malaysian regulator said in a statement that the partnership demonstrates the shared vision and commitment between the two regulators to build resilient enforcement regimes and advance regional cooperation in competition law and policy. It noted that Malaysia will benefit from the extensive experience of KFTC in merger control because the country is preparing to introduce its own merger regime by 2026.The statement is attached....
