Australian antitrust regulator targets crane-hire companies for cartel conduct

In a statement today, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission alleged that on a number of occasions between 2020 and 2024, the four companies engaged to arrange not to supply services to certain customers or sites and that two of the companies attempted to fix prices.
