Ørsted moves to dismiss X Corp.'s US group advertiser boycott claims

( August 28, 2025, 16:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Ørsted A/S moved to dismiss X Corp.'s US antitrust claims over an allegedly illegal boycott to withhold advertising revenue from its platform, telling a US judge that X fails to allege any activity by Ørsted Services that amounts to a substantial connection to the state of Texas that relates to the allegedly wrongful conduct at issue, and that personal jurisdiction over Ørsted cannot be established under Section 12 of the Clayton Act.
