Mars Entertainment, CJ ENM settle Turkish dominance-abuse probe

This ends a probe it opened last year over dominance-abuse concerns in the movie-screening market. Under various commitments aimed at easing antitrust concerns, the total seat capacity to be allocated by Mars to films distributed by CGV Mars will be initially limited to a maximum 20 percent, the watchdog said today.
