Celonis opposes SAP move to dismiss amended US antitrust complaint

"SAP’s Motion to Dismiss rests not on what Celonis actually alleges in the Amended Complaint (the “AC”), but rather on a selective rewriting of it," Celonis said in its opposition to SAP's motion. Celonis alleges that the defendant departed from its longstanding policies to impose a series of onerous restrictions that prevent customers from accessing and using their own enterprise data, blocking Celonis and other competitors from serving joint customers.  See attached. ...
