China photovoltaic industry body urges self-discipline, calls for fair competition

The association called for improvements to bidding rules by reducing the weight of price and increasing the weight of technology in evaluations, as well as aligning production with market demand. Other recommendations include ensuring product quality, protecting intellectual property, promoting innovation and overseas market expansion.
