Morgan, UBS Investment Bank and NatWest have agreed to pay $37.9 million to settle a marathon antitrust class action in Australia, linked to a global foreign-exchange cartel, with a judge signing off on the agreement in a recent court hearing. In a decision on Aug. 15, Federal Court of Australia Judge Jonathan Beach said he would approve the settlement, wrapping up a lawsuit that had been filed in May 2019. Barclays, Citibank, J.P.
