Condor and Lufthansa trade blows over German antitrust ruling (update*)

Condor said that the court’s alarm over exchanges between the Bundeskartellamt and a German ministry did not affect the authority’s conclusions that Lufthansa had a duty to provide feeder traffic to its smaller rival.
