Harley-Davidson consumers denied appeals court revival of US antitrust case

Because the plaintiffs failed to plausibly allege Harley-Davidson wields sufficient market power in the markets for motorcycles and aftermarket motorcycle parts, their claims of illegal tying, attempted monopolization and "a Kodak-style lock-in" fail, the Seventh Circuit said.See attached file....
