Consumers move to dismiss own US antitrust claims against Valve over MFN clauses

( August 15, 2025, 20:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Consumers Susann Davis, Hope Marchionda and Everett Stephens filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their own US antitrust claims against Valve over its "Most Favored Nation" clauses with game developers. The plaintiffs requested to withdraw from the case without prejudice as to their rights as absent putative class members, specifying that while they want to remain as putative class members, "they no longer wish to be class representatives in this action due to the time and expense involved in that role," the motion filed to the Western District of Washington said.See attached document....
