In his third amended complaint, Alvarado successfully alleged that the WRA instructs its members "that they will all pay the minimum allowable wage for H-2A sheepherders," and that the defendants horizontally allocated the market for foreign H-2A sheepherders among its members, US District Judge Miranda Du said in his order from the District of Nevada.See attached document: ...
