RWJ Barnabas defends motion for judgment against Carepoint trust's US claims

The defendant told a federal judge that governing precedent from the US Appeals Court for the First Circuit of Appeals barring "a conflicted trust from pursuing claims under the in pari delicto dotrine, is dispositive," the reply supporting summary judgment filed to the District of New Jersey said.
