US DOJ points Google case judge to appeals court's ruling for Epic Games

In upholding an injunction against Google in full, the opinion addresses a variety of topics, including the district court’s broad discretion to craft an injunction; the particular characteristics of digital markets; the permissibility of forward-looking remedies; and intellectual-property and security interests, the DOJ said in its filing to the US District Court for the District of Columbia.See attached file....
