Proximus, Orange’s fiber cooperation draws Belgian probe

The regulator said it would look into whether consumers will receive a “fair share” of the cost-savings and benefits brought about by the cooperation. It added that its probe would take a “long-term perspective,” considering the current market structure, the roll out’s prospects, and how competition might develop absent the cooperation.
