Apple wins dismissal of app developer Sarafan's US antitrust claims

District Judge Jeffrey S. White granted a motion to dismiss Sarafan’s claims, saying the developer failed to link its injury to competition generally, such as by demonstrating that Apple’s conduct has a market-wide effect on app pricing.
