Celonis files amended US antitrust claims against SAP over enterprise resource planning

( July 21, 2025, 12:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Celonis filed amended US antitrust claims against SAP, alleging that the defendant departed from its longstanding corporate policies to impose onerous restrictions preventing its customers from accessing their own data, blocking Celonis and other competitors from serving joint customers. SAP has exploited its market power over its entrenched ERP customers while attempting to destroy Celonis' business, and it harms the overall market for process mining, said the complaint filed to the Northern District of California. In addition to claims like intentional interference with contractual relations and false advertising under federal and California state law, Celonis has claimed SAP violated Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and similar California statutes.See attached document....
