Sandoz, Florida file reply in support of settling US claims in generic drugs case

They argued that their amended agreement resolves the court’s expressed concerns and clarifies that the most favored nation position is proportional—not punitive. “The MFN, which Florida requested, ensures that Florida is treated the same as other states who may settle later.
