Measures to boost competition in Greek petroleum sector open for input until Sept. 26

( July 10, 2025, 13:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In a bid to curb the risk of tacit collusion in the refining sector, the Hellenic Competition Commission has proposed reducing price transparency, the watchdog said in its second interim report released this week. The report examines competition conditions in the production and distribution of petroleum products in Greece. The authority recommended not including exclusivity clauses from future fuel storage contracts involving third-party owned facilities.
