Japan's Dentsu confirms involvement, blows whistle on Indian ad cartel

The revelation stems from Dentsu's leniency application to the Competition Commission of India in February 2024, a proactive move described by a Dentsu India spokesperson as an internal decision to drive reform rather than a reaction to external pressure.
