Deutsche Fussball Liga’s 50+1 rule isn’t a fundamental concern, watchdog says

But the watchdog said that after examining how the rule has been applied in practice, it's of the opinion that the DFL should take measures to ensure it's applied in line with "legal certainty" in the future.
