Hilton, Hyatt, luxury hotels seek dismissal of third US price-fixing complaint

( June 12, 2025, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Hotels, and other luxury hotels, along with Amadeus IT, moved to dismiss a third amended price-fixing complaint over the prices of hotel rooms. The few allegations the plaintiff adds confirm he cannot plead a plausible Section 1 Sherman Act claim "because he still fails to allege that Hotel Defendants agreed with each other to exchange information through Amadeus's Demand360 software," along with any anticompetitive effects or a relevant market, the motion filed in the Northern District of Illinois said.See attached file....
