Innsworth’s action over Mastercard claim settlement ruling will fail, claimant says

Walter Merricks said the funder's action is driven by greed. Innsworth has said while it is not challenging the settlement value of 200 million pounds ($270 million) — which it considers very low — in its view the Competition Appeal Tribunal made errors in its judgment as regards "distribution of the damages" arising from the settlement.Statement follows....
