Fourth Chinese executive fined for cartel agreement in Tianjin API probe

Wu Wenge, the former chairman of Lianhuan Pharmaceutical, was fined 600,000 yuan ($83,500) the same penalty imposed on executives from three other companies involved in the active pharmaceutical ingredient probe for dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
