Meliá dispute over damages evidence disclosure gets guidance from EU’s top court

To do that, it must show that it has a plausible claim for compensation, although that does not need to be "more likely than not," Advocate General Maciej Szpunar said. Today's opinion comes in response to questions referred by the Portuguese Supreme Court, seeking guidance on whether a claimant needs to show the “plausibility” of its claim to gain access to facts and evidence from the defendant.
