Innsworth takes action over Mastercard UK mass claim settlement ruling

It said while it is not challenging the "very low" settlement value of 200 million pounds ($270 million), it is of the view that the Competition Appeal Tribunal "made a series of errors" in its judgment as regards "distribution of the damages" arising from the settlement.
