Japan antitrust watchdog begins 2025 survey on cost pass-ons to aid SMEs

The Japan Fair Trade Commission, or JFTC, expects to publish the survey results by the end of the year and later disclose the names of companies that many suppliers accuse of freezing prices without engaging in negotiations.
