Deutsche Bahn gets antitrust hearing date in ticketing dispute

Deutsche Bahn contests a landmark 2023 decision that imposed remedies to its alleged abuse of a dominant position in the train ticket market. An order to remunerate ticket sellers, such as Omio and Trainline, is expected to take center stage. It has already been put on hold by judges.Details about a possible plan for Deutsche Bahn to remunerate platforms selling its tickets will be the focus of a hearing scheduled on June 11 in a Dusseldorf court, MLex has learned....
