The Competition Appeal Tribunal says the case has “exceptional circumstances” that made it a reasonable outcome, but there are likely to be far-reaching impacts.UK competition judges this week issued their full judgment on a landmark settlement in Mastercard's near decade-long wrangle over a mass damages claim. While they explain and flesh out detail on approval for the deal they gave orally in March, it likely won't end enduring rancor over the terms....
