Singapore construction companies fined S$4.6 million for bid rigging

The infringements related to tenders with a total value of S$56 million and were uncovered after a referral to the competition regulator.The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore, or CCCS has imposed fines totaling S$4.64 million ($3.6 million) on Trust-Build Engineering & Construction and Hunan Fengtian Construction Group for colluding in three public-sector tenders, in breach of Section 34 of the Competition Act....
