Innsworth might take legal action over Mastercard mass claim settlement

Innsworth also said the division of proceeds was unreasonable. The Competition Appeal Tribunal, in a ruling, approved a settlement worth 200 million pounds (around $260 million) over the action — a fraction of the lawsuit's original valuation, and which led to a dispute between Walter Merricks and his funder over the level of the final sum.Statement follows....
