Apple, Epic resolve issues related to latest motion to enforce US injunction

On May 15, Epic filed a motion to enforce an injunction, arguing that Apple was in violation of the court’s order permanently restraining and enjoining Apple from “prohibiting developers from . . . including in their apps and their metadata buttons, external links, or other calls to action that direct customers to purchasing mechanisms, in addition to InApp Purchasing,” as well as the court's subsequent order permanently restraining and enjoining it from “[p]rohibiting or limiting the use of buttons or other calls to action . . . for purchases outside an app” and “[i]nterfering with consumers’ choice to proceed in or out of an app by using anything other than a neutral message apprising users that they are going to a third-party site.” Court filing attached. ...
