Litigation funder should withdraw claim, says Mastercard-targeted class representative

Earlier, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, in a ruling, approved a settlement worth 200 million pounds (around $260 million) over the action — a fraction of the lawsuit's original valuation, and which led to a dispute between Merricks and his funder over the level of the final sum.Statement attached....
