US DOJ urges court to enforce final judgments against Wayne-Sanderson, George's

( May 15, 2025, 00:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex: The US Department of Justice filed a reply in support of its motions to enforce final judgments against Wayne-Sanderson Farms and George's. The final judgments had been issued to resolve the government’s case accusing the companies of engaging in a conspiracy with other poultry processors to share sensitive compensation information for workers. "Since the Court entered the final judgments nearly two years ago, defendants Wayne-Sanderson and George’s...have flouted their obligations to refrain from sharing compensation information with Agri Stats, a third-party data broker that collects, standardizes, and distributes competitively sensitive non-public information among competing poultry processors," the DOJ said in its reply.  Reply attached. ...
