Hübsch engaged in illegal price coordination, Danish board confirms

( April 23, 2025, 08:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Hübsch, a Danish interior design company, coordinated prices and exchanged pricing information with rival Broste Copenhagen, the national Competition Appeals Board said, upholding the Competition Council’s recent decision. The coordination resulted in price increases on most of Hübsch’s products as well as a freight surcharge, called a Covid-19 fee. The matter will be referred to the Maritime and Commercial High Court, with a view to deciding on a fine for Hübsch.
