US judge delays trial over alleged Oklahoma erosion-control product conspiracy

( March 31, 2025, 20:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US judge in Oklahoma has granted defendants' request to delay trial for charges they participated in a conspiracy to suppress and eliminate competition by fixing prices and rigging bids for erosion control products and services, including solid slab sodding, in and around Oklahoma. In an order, US District Judge Bernard Jones said he's approving the motion by Dale Biscoe, Randall David Shelton and Sioux Erosion Control and is striking the case from the  May 2025 jury trial docket and resetting it on the July 2025 jury trial docket.
