Front Row joins 23XI in motion to dismiss NASCAR antitrust counterclaims

( March 26, 2025, 22:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Front Row Motorsports joined with fellow counter-defendant 23XI Racing's motion to dismiss NASCAR's antitrust counterclaims, telling a North Carolina federal court that NASCAR fails to allege a violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, and that with respect to Front Row, NASCAR does not allege any specific conduct by Front Row to show it participated in an illegal conspiracy. Front Row cannot be subject to an antitrust claim through NASCAR's improper group pleading, Front Row's motion to dismiss and motion to strike said. See attached files....
