South Korea's KFTC seeks clearer guidelines on decision document disclosure

To that end, the Korea Fair Trade Commission has commissioned a research project to study court procedures and disclosure practices by foreign competition agencies. The outcome of the study, which also aims to explore ways to improve the existing vague disclosure rules, could shape how the KFTC would revise disclosure guidelines.
