Huawei, Netgear SEP ruling not forthcoming in Munich Regional Court (update*)

Netgear recently agreed to licensing terms with the Sisvel WiFi 6 patent pool, resolving the dispute days before the court was set to announce its decision.A ruling by Munich I Regional Court in Huawei’s infringement action against Netgear, pegged for release on Jan. 9, is for now off the table, the court confirmed to MLex.
