US judge finds TikTok kids' privacy settlement lacking, declines to nix 2019 order
By Mike Swift ( September 22, 2026, 22:16 GMT | Insight) -- A federal judge in Los Angeles has refused to terminate a 2019 children's privacy order against TikTok by the US Federal Trade Commission as part of a $400 million privacy settlement with TikTok announced by the US Department of Justice last month. US District Judge George H.
