( September 2, 2026, 10:49 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Singapore’s competition regulator on Wednesday announced that it has cleared Analogic Corp.’s proposed acquisition of Leidos Inc.’s Security Enterprise Solutions and Industrial and General Automation businesses, finding no substantial lessening of competition in global checked- and cabin-baggage explosive detection systems supplied to Singapore customers.
