The new board consists of three members; Tegna Chief Executive Officer Patrick Paolini, independent director Eugene Davis and independent director Bruce Levy. Tegna Senior Vice President Marc Sher was also seated as secretary of the board on Monday, clearing the Tegna board of Nexstar ties.See document attached....
