Chinese gold industry opposes US forced-labor restrictions, LBMA suspensions

The association said the measures lacked a factual basis, rejected allegations of forced labor in Xinjiang and said it would coordinate industry efforts to protect affected companies’ rights, strengthen compliance and traceability systems and engage in international dialogue.
