The agency's strengthening in light of its new responsibilities eases concerns about leadership vacancies, as temporary appointees could be designated until permanent successors are named.Brazil's privacy regulator, the National Data Protection Agency, or ANPD, is likely to lose two of its top officials with no guarantee that the positions will be filled by the end of 2026.
