Japan's KDDI receives administrative guidance over email-system breach

The ministry pointed to deficiencies in KDDI's password management and its 22-day delay in disclosing the incident, and required the company to report on its recurrence-prevention measures by Aug. 31, and then quarterly for at least one year.
