Dynamic must retain lawyer in Australian suit against Steadfast, judge rules

By Saloni Sinha ( July 23, 2026, 06:06 GMT | Insight) -- An application by Dynamic Insurance Services to allow its managing director, Cynthia Yap, to represent the company in competition proceedings against Steadfast Group, QBE Insurance and Allianz Australia, has been rejected by a judge, who ruled that the corporate applicant must be represented by a lawyer.
