DiversiTech alleges in its counterclaims that DuraPlas infringes patents related to its PolarPad product, and moved for the injunction arguing it has suffered and will continue to suffer irreparable harm from DuraPlas's infringement, US District Judge Ed Kinkeade said in his order filed in the Northern District of Texas.
